Practice philosophy
Lena founded the implant programme at Linden after a decade of private practice in Zürich. She operates under loupes and a microscope on every case, and she keeps her surgical block deliberately small so that recovery check-ins are always with her — not a rotation.
Her work is heavy on planning. Every implant case begins with a CBCT, a digital wax-up, and a staged pricing conversation the patient takes home. She is the first dentist in the region to ship a same-day All-on-4 with a printed immediate provisional.
