Dental emergency

We keep a slot free, every working day.

Our same-day emergency programme sees you within hours of a triage call. Open Mon–Sat. A 24/7 triage line routes overnight cases to the nearest hospital partner.

Triage guide

Knocked-out tooth

Within 1 hour

Pick the tooth up by the crown only. Rinse briefly. Store in milk or in the cheek pouch. Call us now — we will prepare a re-implantation tray.

Uncontrolled bleeding

Within 1 hour

Apply firm pressure with gauze for 15 minutes. If it persists, present to the clinic directly — you will be seen immediately.

Severe swelling or abscess

Same day

Severe swelling with fever or difficulty swallowing needs hospital A&E. For localised swelling, we will triage and open an emergency slot.

Broken tooth, persistent pain

Same day

Avoid chewing on the side. Over-the-counter ibuprofen if not contraindicated. A same-day slot is available on every working day.
