Facial analysis and a 3D-printed mock-up showed the restoration had to add 1.2mm of incisal length, not more. The upper lip dynamic made longer veneers look theatrical.
We bonded ten 0.3mm lithium disilicate veneers under a rubber dam. No preparation was performed on four of them.
A lip-training regimen was prescribed to address the gummy element without surgery. The result photographs in identical light pre and post.
