The first 48 hours
Avoid hot drinks, hard foods, and smoking. Brush gently around the temporary veneers. Use the chlorhexidine rinse twice daily.
Week one
Expect mild sensitivity to temperature. Dental floss should pass cleanly; if it catches, call us.
Before the final visit
Take your regular care photos in natural light for Dr. Ilie to review. Pack your mouthguard if you use one.
